No Increased Warrant Price. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Section 3, except to the limited extent provided for in Sections 3.1(a)(ii), no adjustment of the Warrant Price pursuant to this Section 3 shall have the effect of increasing the Warrant Price above the Warrant Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment.
