As of the Execution Date of this Agreement, the Communities do not identify any initially proposed Replaced Asset, as that term is defined herein and in Utah Code § 54-17-902(15). The Parties agree that this Section 9.1 satisfies the obligations of Utah Code § 54-17-903(b)(iii).
