Common use of No Injunction or Decree Clause in Contracts

No Injunction or Decree. There shall not be in effect any statute, rule, regulation, decree, injunction or other order of a court or governmental agency of competent jurisdiction directing that the transaction contemplated hereby not be consummated; provided, however, that prior to invoking this condition each party shall use all reasonable efforts to have such decree, injunction or order vacated.
