Common use of No Injunction or Violation of Law Clause in Contracts

No order, statute, rule, --------------------------------- regulation, executive order, stay, decree, judgment or injunction shall have been enacted, entered, promulgated or enforced by any court or Governmental Entity which prohibits or prevents the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and which has not been stayed or vacated by the Closing Date. The Buyer and each of the Sellers shall each use their reasonable best efforts and shall cooperate with each other to have any such order, statute, rule, regulation, executive order, stay, decree, judgment or injunction vacated or stayed.
