Common use of No Injunctions or Legal Prohibitions Clause in Contracts

No Injunctions or Legal Prohibitions. No temporary restraining order, preliminary or permanent injunction or other Order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction which prevents the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby shall have been issued and remain in effect, and no Law shall have been enacted, promulgated or enforced by any Governmental Authority which prevents, or makes illegal, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
