Common use of No Interest and No Return Clause in Contracts

No Interest and No Return. Except as provided in this Agreement or by Law, no Partner shall have any right to demand or receive the return of its Capital Contribution to the Partnership. Except as provided in this Article III, no Partner shall be entitled to interest on any Capital Contribution to the Partnership or on the Partner’s Capital Account.
