No Interest of Third Parties. Except as expressly provided in Section 5(b), nothing in this Escrow Agreement, whether express or implied, shall be construed to give to any person or entity other than the parties hereto any legal or equitable right, remedy, interest or claim under or in respect of this Escrow Agreement or any funds escrowed hereunder.
