No Interest on Capital Contributions or Capital Accounts. Except for any amounts to which Preferred Holders may be entitled under the express provisions of the applicable Preferred Unit Designation, no Member or Preferred Holder shall receive any interest or return in the nature of interest on its contributions to the capital of the Company, or on the positive balance, if any, in its Capital Account.
