Common use of No Interest or Right to Withdraw Clause in Contracts

No Interest or Right to Withdraw. No Partner shall have the right to demand the return of, or otherwise withdraw, his contribution or to receive any specific property of the Partnership except as specifically provided in this Agreement. No Partner shall have the right to demand and receive property other than cash in return for his contributions. No interest shall be paid on Capital Contributions or on balances in the Capital Accounts.
