No Interest or Withdrawal. No interest shall be paid by the Company on Capital Contributions or on balances in Capital Accounts. No Member shall be entitled to withdraw any part of its Capital Contribution or its Capital Account or to receive any distributions from the Company, except as expressly provided in this Agreement. A Member shall not be required to contribute any cash or property to the Company to enable the Company to return any Member’s Capital Contribution.
