Common use of No Interest Period to extend beyond Final Maturity Date Clause in Contracts

No Interest Period to extend beyond Final Maturity Date. No Interest Period for the Loan shall end after the Final Maturity Date and any such Interest Period which would otherwise extend beyond the Final Maturity Date shall instead end on the Final Maturity Date, provided, always, that: (i) any Interest Period which commences on the last day of a calendar month, and any Interest Period which commences on the day on which there is no numerically corresponding day in the calendar month during which such Interest Period is due to end, shall end on the last Business Day of the calendar month during which such Interest Period is due to end; and (ii) if the last day of an Interest Period is not a Business Day the Interest Period shall be extended until the next following Business Day unless such next following Business Day falls in the next calendar month in which case such Interest Period shall be shortened to expire on the preceding Business Day.
