Common use of No Interests in MPF’s Assets Clause in Contracts

No Interests in MPF’s Assets. Without prejudice to Clause 2.4, the Trustee acknowledges and agrees that nothing in the Policy creates or shall be deemed to create any trust, charge or any other (legal or equitable) interest, right or obligation in favour of the Trustee, or in favour of any other person or beneficiary under the CIF or the Schemes, in or over the assets of MPF comprised in any Sub-Fund or any part thereof, or any other assets of MPF, or encumbers in any way the beneficial ownership of the assets of MPF comprised in any Sub-Fund or any part thereof, or any other assets of MPF.
