Common use of No Interference with Judgment of Appraiser Clause in Contracts

No Interference with Judgment of Appraiser. Licensee may not use findings generated or reported by the Licensed Application to interfere with the independent judgment of an appraiser nor encourage an appraiser to provide inaccurate or otherwise misleading conclusions to influence the automated output of the Licensed Application.
