Common use of NO INTERMEDIARIES Clause in Contracts

NO INTERMEDIARIES. Parties represent that they have no obligation to any third party by way of commissions, finder’s fees or similar fees with respect to entering into this LTL. Each Party hereto agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party hereto for and against all claims and losses suffered by such other Party resulting from the incorrectness of this foregoing representations made by the indemnifying Party.
