Common use of No Investigation by Banks or Agent Clause in Contracts

No Investigation by Banks or Agent. The Company hereby waives unconditionally any obligation which, in absence of such provision, the Banks or the Agent might otherwise have to investigate or to assure that there has been compliance with the law of any jurisdiction with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations recognizing that, to save both time and expense, the Company has requested that the Banks and the Agent not undertake such investigation. The Company hereby expressly confirms that the obligations of the Company hereunder shall remain in full force and effect without regard to compliance or noncompliance with any such law and irrespective of any investigation or knowledge of any Bank or the Agent of any such law.
