No Investigation by Lender. Each Guarantor hereby waives unconditionally any obligation which, in the absence of such provision, the Lender might otherwise have to investigate or to assure that there has been compliance with the law of any jurisdiction with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations recognizing that, to save both time and expense, each Guarantor has requested that the Lender not undertake such investigation. Each Guarantor hereby expressly confirms that the obligations of such Guarantor hereunder shall remain in full force and effect without regard to compliance or noncompliance with any such law and irrespective of any investigation or knowledge of the Lender of any such law.
