Purchaser acknowledges that neither Seller nor any of its Brokers, agents, affiliates, contractors or employees has made any warranties or representations upon which Purchaser has relied concerning: (i) the investment, appreciation or income-producing value of the Property; (ii) the possibility or probability of profit or loss resultingfrom ownership of the Property; (iii) the tax benefits or consequences that may result from the purchase of the Property; or (iv) the rental or other income potential of the Property.
