No Investment Representations. Purchaser acknowledges that neither Seller nor any of its agents or employees have made any warranties or representations upon which Purchaser has relied concerning the investment value, the possibility or probability of profit or loss or the tax consequences which may result from the purchase of the Property. Seller expressly disclaims and repudiates any representation from any source as to the possible economic benefit arising from ownership of the Property.
