Common use of No Isle of Man Licensing Requirement Clause in Contracts

No Isle of Man Licensing Requirement. It is not necessary in order to enable the Lenders to claim and enforce in the Isle of Man any right afforded by the Documents, or by reason of the execution, delivery and performance of the Documents by the Lenders, that the Lenders should be licensed, qualified or otherwise entitled to carry on business in or otherwise registered with any authority of or in the Isle of Man.
