No Judgment Liens; No Indebtedness. (i) None of the Project Entities has (i) a judgment lien against any of its respective property, including for a debt owed to the United States of America or any other Person or (ii) an outstanding debt (other than a debt under the Code) owed to the United States of America or any agency thereof that is in delinquent status, as the term “delinquent status” is defined in 31 C.F.R. § 285.13(d).
