No Judgment Liens. The Borrower does not have a judgment lien against any of its property for a debt owed to the United States of America and does not have an outstanding debt (other than a debt under the Internal Revenue Code) owed to the United States of America or any agency thereof that is in delinquent status, as the term “delinquent status” is defined in 31 C.F.R.§ 285.13(d).
