Common use of No Lawsuits Clause in Contracts

No Lawsuits. There is no lawsuit, proceeding or investigation pending or, to the Purchaser’s Knowledge, threatened, against Purchaser that would prevent or materially delay consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

There is no action or suit by Purchaser pending or threatened against others relating to the Interests or the Partnership.
