Common use of No Legal Bar; Conflicts Clause in Contracts

No Legal Bar; Conflicts. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement, nor the consummation by Interiors of the transactions contemplated hereby, violates any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, order, judgment or decree of any court or governmental agency applicable to Interiors, or violates, or conflicts with, any contract, commitment, agreement, understanding or arrangement of any kind to which Interiors is a party or by which Interiors is bound.
