No Legal Bar or Resultant Lien. This Agreement, the Note and the other Loan Documents do not and will not violate any provisions of Borrower's articles of incorporation, articles of organization, bylaws, operating agreement or other governing document, will not violate any contract, agreement, law, regulation, order, injunction, judgment, decree or writ to which the Borrower is subject, and will not result in the creation or imposition of any lien upon any property of Borrower.

No Legal Bar or Resultant Lien. This Agreement, the Note The Notes and the other Loan Documents Documents, including this Agreement, do not and will not violate any provisions of Borrower's articles of incorporation, articles of organization, bylaws, operating agreement or other governing document, will not violate any contract, agreement, law, regulation, order, injunction, judgment, decree or writ to which the Borrower is subject, and will not or result in the creation or imposition of any lien Lien upon any property assets or properties of Borrower, other than those contemplated by this Agreement.
