Common use of No Legal Bar or Resultant Lien Clause in Contracts

No Legal Bar or Resultant Lien. This Agreement, the Notes and the Collateral Documents do not and will not violate any provisions of any Company’s articles of incorporation or bylaws, will not violate any contract, agreement, law, regulation, order, injunction, judgment, decree or writ to which any Company is subject, and will not result in the creation or imposition of any Lien upon any property of any Company other than as contemplated by this Agreement.

No Legal Bar or Resultant Lien. This Agreement, the Notes Note and the Collateral Documents do not and will not violate any provisions of any Company’s the Borrower's articles of incorporation or bylaws, will not violate any contract, agreement, law, regulation, order, injunction, judgment, decree or writ to which any Company the Borrower is subject, and will not result in the creation or imposition of any Lien upon any property of any Company the Borrower other than as contemplated by this Agreement.

This Agreement, the Notes Note and the Collateral Documents and the Warrants do not and will not violate any provisions of any Company’s articles of incorporation or bylaws, will not violate any contract, agreement, law, regulation, order, injunction, judgment, decree or writ to which any Company is subjectsubject (except as would not have a Material Adverse Effect), and will not result in the creation or imposition of any Lien upon any property of any Company other than as contemplated by this Agreement.
