Common use of No Legal Claim Clause in Contracts

No Legal Claim. I hereby agree and represent that I have not and will not commence or join any legal action, including, without limitation, any complaint to any federal, state or local agency, to assert any Claim against any Released Party. If I commence or join any such legal action against a Released Party, I will indemnify such Released Party for its reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in defending such action, as well as for any monetary judgment obtained by me against any Released Party in such action. Nothing in this paragraph 3 is intended to reflect any party’s belief that my waiver of Claims under ADEA is invalid or unenforceable under the Agreement, it being the intent of the parties that such Claims are waived.
