No Legal Obstacle to Lease. Neither the execution and delivery --------------------------- of this Lease nor the performance of any obligation hereunder has constituted or resulted in or will constitute or result in: (a) any breach, violation of, conflict with, default under or termination of any agreement, contract, mortgage, instrument, deed or lease to which Tenant or any Affiliate is a party or by which it or they are bound; (b) the violation of or conflict with any law, statute, ordinance, judgment, decree, order, rule or regulation applicable to Tenant, any Affiliate, any Improvements or any Leased Property; or (c) any violation of or conflict with Tenant's or any Affiliate's Charter or By-Laws or other organizational documents, as the case may be.
