Common use of No Legal Partnership Clause in Contracts

No Legal Partnership. The Recipient undertakes the Project on its own behalf and not on behalf of the Centre, and this Agreement and the Centre Funds flowing there from shall in no way be construed as creating the relationship of principal and agent, of partnership in law; or of joint venture as between the Centre and the Recipient or any other person involved in the Project.
