No Legal Proceedings as to Released Pre-Effective Time Claims. Following the Effective Time, no Party hereto shall make any claim or demand, or commence any Legal Proceeding asserting any claim or demand, including any claim of contribution or any indemnification, against any member of the Group of the other Party or any other Person released pursuant to Section 5.1(a) or Section 5.1(b) with respect to any Liabilities released hereunder.
