No Legal Title in Holders of Litigation Trust Interests. No holder of a Litigation Trust Interest shall have legal title to any part of the Trust Property. No transfer by operation of law or otherwise of the right, title and interest of any holder of a Litigation Trust Interest in and to the Trust Property or hereunder shall operate to terminate this Litigation Trust or entitle any successor or transferee of such holder of a Litigation Trust Interest to an accounting or to the transfer to it of legal title to any part of the Trust Property.
