No Legal Title to Collateral in the Noteholders. No holder of an Equipment Note or a Related Equipment Note shall have legal title to any part of the Collateral. No transfer, by operation of law or otherwise, of any Equipment Note, Related Equipment Note or other right, title and interest of any Noteholder or Related Noteholder in and to the Collateral or hereunder shall operate to terminate this Indenture or entitle such holder or any successor or transferee of such holder to an accounting or to the transfer to it of any legal title to any part of the Collateral.
