Common use of No Legal Title to Trust Estate in the Owner Participant Clause in Contracts

No Legal Title to Trust Estate in the Owner Participant. The Owner Participant shall not have legal title to any part of the Trust Estate. No transfer, by operation of law or otherwise, of any right, title and interest of the Owner Participant in and to the Trust Estate or hereunder, or insolvency, dissolution or other termination of the Owner Participant, shall operate to terminate this Trust Agreement or the trusts created hereby or entitle any successor or transferee to an accounting or to the transfer to it of legal title to any part of the Trust Estate.
