Common use of NO LIABILITY AS A RESULT OF THE DELIVERY OF A CERTIFICATE Clause in Contracts

NO LIABILITY AS A RESULT OF THE DELIVERY OF A CERTIFICATE. The Security Trustee shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, cost, damages or expenses directly or indirectly suffered or incurred by the Loan Note Issuer, any Secured Creditor or any other person as a result of the delivery by the Security Trustee of a certificate, or the omission by it to deliver a certificate, to the Loan Note Issuer as to material prejudice pursuant to Loan Note Condition
