No liability for breach of Contract. A party who is in breach of this Contract will not be liable to the other party if the breach of Contract is caused by Force Majeure if that party has: (i) as soon as practicable, given the other party notice of the occurrence and predicted consequences of the Force Majeure; and (ii) used all reasonable endeavours to remedy the effect of the event that gave rise to the Force Majeure, and to continue to perform its obligations under this Contract.
