No Liability For Breach Or Termination. i. The School District shall have no claim or action at law against the City for breach or termination of this IGA by the City, and the School District expressly waives and releases the City from any claim or action at law or equity under, or resulting in any manner from, this IGA. ii. The City shall have no claim or action at law against the School District for breach or termination of this IGA by the School District, and the City expressly waives and releases the School District from any claim or action at law or equity under, or resulting in any manner from, this IGA.
