Common use of No Liability for Consequential Loss Clause in Contracts

No Liability for Consequential Loss. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, under no circumstances will any Agent be liable to the Issuer for any consequential, special, indirect or punitive loss or damages or for loss of business opportunity, goodwill, reputation, anticipated saving, opportunity or profit whether or not foreseeable even if advised of the possibility of such loss or damage and regardless of whether the claim or loss or damage is made in negligence, for breach of contract, duty or otherwise.
