No Liability for Consequential Loss. No Agent shall in any event be liable to the Issuer or to any other party to the Relevant Documents for any special, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever (including but not limited to lost profits), whether or not foreseeable and in each case however caused or arising. This Clause 14 shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
