NO LIABILITY FOR EMPLOYEES. The Note Trustee shall not be liable for any error of judgment made in good faith by any officer or employee of the Note Trustee assigned by the Note Trustee to administer its corporate trust matters unless it shall be proved that the Note Trustee was negligent in ascertaining the pertinent facts.
