No Liability for Loss of Claims. Lessee shall not be held liable for the loss of any claims by virtue of invalid location by Owner. Lessee shall not be held liable for the loss of any claims due to any act of governmental agencies, provided that Lessee has taken all reasonable and legal means to protect and maintain such claims.
