No Liability for Misdeclared or Misdescribed Freight. In any case where we or the underlying transportation provider reasonably determine you have misdeclared or misdescribed freight, neither we nor the underlying transportation providers will have any liability for any loss or damage to that freight that in any way results, directly or indirectly, from such misdeclaration or misdescription or that could have been avoided had such freight been accurately and completely declared or described in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Such shipments will also be subject to the provisions of Section 2.4 and other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
