No liability for non. delivery loss of or damage to the Goods occurring prior to delivery or for any claim that the Goods are not in accordance with the Agreement will attach to the Seller unless claims to that effect are notified in writing by the Buyer to the Seller: (a) within 7 days of delivery for loss damage or non-compliance with the Agreement or (b) for non-delivery within 10 days of The delivery date specified by the Seller.
