This Agreement has been made and executed by and on behalf of the Company and the Administrator, and the obligations of the Company and/or the Administrator set forth in this Agreement are not binding upon any of the Members individually, but rather are binding only upon the assets and property of the Company and, to the extent provided herein, upon the assets and property of the Administrator.
