No Liability of Members. Except as otherwise specifically provided in the Act, no Member shall have any personal liability for the obligations of the Company. Except as provided in Sections 3.1 and 3.6, no Member shall be obligated to contribute funds or loan money to the Company. The Members shall pay their own costs, including attorneys' fees, associated with the formation of the Company and the Company shall bear none of those expenses.
