Common use of No Liability of Others Clause in Contracts

No Liability of Others. Each of the Servicer’s and the Marketing Agent’s obligations under this Agreement are corporate obligations. No Person will have recourse, directly or indirectly, to any member, manager, officer, director, employee or agent of the Servicer for the Servicer’s obligations or the Marketing Agent for the Marketing Agent’s obligations, as applicable, under this Agreement.
