No Liability of the Corporation for Trustee Performance. Neither the District nor the Corporation has any obligation or liability to any of the other parties or to the Owners of the Certificates with respect to the performance by the Trustee of any duty imposed upon it under this Trust Agreement.
No Liability of the Corporation for Trustee Performance. Except as expressly provided herein or in a Supplemental Trust Agreement, the Corporation shall have no obligation or liability to any other party to the Trust Agreement, the Agreement or the Deed of Trust or any Owner with respect to the performance by the Trustee of any duty imposed upon it under the Trust Agreement.
