No Liability of the Purchasers. No Purchaser when the Notes are issued and fully paid is or will be subject to any personal liability in respect of any liability of the Company by virtue only of its holding of the Notes; and except as set forth in the Notes and the Indenture, there are no limitations on the rights of the Purchasers to hold or transfer their securities.
