NO LIABILITY TO ACCOUNT AS MORTGAGEE IN POSSESSION. Nothing that shall be done by or on behalf of the Security Trustee or any Receiver shall render the Security Trustee or any Receiver or any of the other Finance Parties liable to account as a mortgagee in possession for any sums other than actual receipts.
