Common use of No Liability to Contractor Clause in Contracts

No Liability to Contractor. Subject to clause 6.3 (Fraudulent Statements), neither the Authority nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to the Contractor in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), statute or otherwise as a result of: any inaccuracy, omission, unfitness for any purpose or inadequacy of any kind whatsoever in the Disclosed Data; and/or any failure to make available to the Contractor any materials, documents, drawings, plans or other information relating to the Contract.

No Liability to Contractor. Subject to clause 6.3 Clause 5.7 (Fraudulent Statements), ) neither the Authority nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to the Contractor in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), statute or otherwise as a result of: any inaccuracy, omission, unfitness for any purpose or inadequacy of any kind whatsoever in the Disclosed Data; and/or any failure to make available to the Contractor any materials, documents, drawings, plans or other information relating to the Contract.:

No Liability to Contractor. Subject to clause 6.3 8.10 (Fraudulent StatementsAuthority Warranty), neither the Authority nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to the Contractor in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), statute or otherwise as a result of: any inaccuracy, omission, unfitness for any purpose or inadequacy of any kind whatsoever in the Disclosed Data; and/or any failure to make available to the Contractor any materials, documents, drawings, plans or other information relating to the Contract.:

No Liability to Contractor. Subject to clause 6.3 14 (Fraudulent Statements), ) neither the Authority nor Authority, or any of its agents or employees shall be liable to the Contractor in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), statute or otherwise as a result of: of:- any inaccuracy, omission, unfitness for any purpose or inadequacy of any kind whatsoever in the Disclosed Data; and/or or any failure to make available to the Contractor any materials, documents, drawings, plans or other information relating to the ContractProject.

No Liability to Contractor. Subject to clause 6.3 5.3 (Fraudulent Statements), neither the Authority nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to the Contractor in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), statute or otherwise as a result of: any inaccuracy, omission, unfitness for any purpose or inadequacy of any kind whatsoever in the Disclosed Data; and/or or any failure to make available to the Contractor any materials, documents, drawings, plans or other information relating to the Contract.

No Liability to Contractor. Subject to clause 6.3 (Fraudulent Statements), clause 6.5 (Authority Title Warranty) [and clause 6.9 (Authority Warranted Data)], neither the Authority nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to the Contractor in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), statute or otherwise as a result of: any inaccuracy, omission, unfitness for any purpose or inadequacy of any kind whatsoever in the Disclosed Data; and/or any failure to make available to the Contractor any materials, documents, drawings, plans or other information relating to the Contract.:

Subject to clause 6.3 (Fraudulent Statements), Clause 6.5 neither the Authority nor any of its agents or employees servants shall be liable to the Contractor in contract, tort delict (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), statute or otherwise as a result of: any inaccuracy, omission, unfitness for any purpose or inadequacy of any kind whatsoever in the Disclosed Data; and/or any failure to make available to the Contractor any materials, documents, drawings, plans or other information relating to the Contract.:

No Liability to Contractor. Subject to clause 6.3 6.4 (Fraudulent StatementsAuthority warranted data), neither the Authority nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to the Contractor in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), statute or otherwise as a result of: any inaccuracy, omission, unfitness for any purpose or inadequacy of any kind whatsoever in the Disclosed Data; and/or any failure to make available to the Contractor any materials, documents, drawings, plans or other information relating to the Contract.:

Subject to clause 6.3 Clause 3.5 (Fraudulent Statements), ) neither the Authority nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to the Contractor in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), statute or otherwise as a result of: any inaccuracy, omission, unfitness for any purpose or inadequacy of any kind whatsoever in the Disclosed Datadata provided in the Invitation to Tender; and/or or any failure to make available to the Contractor any materials, documents, drawings, plans or other information relating to the ContractProject.
