No Liability to Contractor. Subject to clause 6.3 (Fraudulent Statements), neither the Authority nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to the Contractor in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), statute or otherwise as a result of: any inaccuracy, omission, unfitness for any purpose or inadequacy of any kind whatsoever in the Disclosed Data; and/or any failure to make available to the Contractor any materials, documents, drawings, plans or other information relating to the Contract.
