Common use of No Liability to Third Parties Clause in Contracts

No Liability to Third Parties. (a) Neither the LFC nor any third party engaged by the LFC (including their officers, employees, contractors and agents) (each an interested party) confers any benefit, right or privilege on any person other than the Service Provider under this Agreement. (b) No interested party (other than the LFC), will be liable to the Service Provider for loss or damage of any kind solely by virtue of the supply of Services under this Agreement. (c) For the purposes of the Contracts (Privity) Xxx 0000, clauses 18.5(a) and (b) confer a benefit upon each interested party.

(a) Neither the LFC nor any other network operator or third party engaged by the LFC service provider (including their officers, employees, contractors and agents) (each an interested party): (i) confers any benefit, right or privilege on any person other than the Service Provider under this Agreement.; or (bii) No except where the LFC is the interested party (other than the LFC)party, will be liable to the Service Provider for loss or damage of any kind solely by virtue arising from the Service Provider’s use of the supply of Services under this AgreementServices. (cb) For the purposes of the Contracts (Privity) Xxx 0000, clauses clause 18.5(a) and (b) confer confers a benefit upon each interested party.

(c) For the purposes of the Contracts (Privity) Subpart 1 of Part 2 of the Contract and Commercial Law Xxx 0000, clauses 18.5(a) and (b) confer a benefit upon each interested party.
