No Liability to Third Parties. (a) Neither the LFC nor any third party engaged by the LFC (including their officers, employees, contractors and agents) (each an interested party) confers any benefit, right or privilege on any person other than the Service Provider under this Agreement. (b) No interested party (other than the LFC), will be liable to the Service Provider for loss or damage of any kind solely by virtue of the supply of Services under this Agreement. (c) For the purposes of the Contracts (Privity) Xxx 0000, clauses 18.5(a) and (b) confer a benefit upon each interested party.
