NO LICENSE REGARDING THE INFORMATION DISCLOSED TO RAMBUS. Any and all information furnished by NEC to Rambus hereunder, including, but not limited to, NEC CZ5 Process Technology, and any intellectual property rights incorporated or used in such information shall vest in NEC, and no license or authorization shall be granted to Rambus other than the authority to use them to the extent necessary to Rambus' performance hereunder.
