Common use of No Liens or Conveyances Clause in Contracts

No Liens or Conveyances. Except for the conveyances hereunder, the Seller will not sell, pledge, assign or transfer to any other Person, or grant, create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien on, any of the Transferred Environmental Control Property, whether now existing or hereafter created, or any interest therein. The Seller shall not at any time assert any Lien against or with respect to any Transferred Environmental Control Property, and shall defend the right, title and interest of the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as collateral assignee of the Issuer, in, to and under the Transferred Environmental Control Property, whether now existing or hereafter created, against all claims of third parties claiming through or under the Seller.
