No Liens, Sale, Etc. Such Grantor shall (i) except for the security interests created by this Agreement, not create or suffer to exist any Lien upon or with respect to any Collateral, except Permitted Liens, (ii) not sell, transfer or assign (by operation of law or otherwise) any Collateral except as expressly permitted under the Loan Documents, and (iii) not enter into any agreement or undertaking restricting the right or ability of such Grantor or the Secured Party to sell, assign or transfer, or grant any Lien in, any Collateral except as expressly permitted under the Loan Documents.
